Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for buyers, sellers, and creators. The EMEA Moderation team is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the design or rollout of governance processes, policies, or operational improvements
- Conducting research or benchmarking to inform team decisions
- Analysing platform data or feedback to identify trends, risks, or opportunities
- Helping document workflows, write summaries, or prepare project materials
- Collaborating with colleagues across product, operations, risk, and policy teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's degree, available to start internship immediately, for at least 3 months
- Strong interest in digital platforms, user experience, or trust & safety
- Analytical mindset – able to work with data and draw insights
- Clear communicator – able to summarise findings and collaborate effectively
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with E-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management
- Previous experience in project management, e-commerce safety and quality analysis
