The Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) Team partners with the world’s largest advertisers and agencies, providing strategic solutions to help brands grow through TikTok’s suite of products. We seek a consultative sales leader to join our Global Accounts Team to be based in London. This role is instrumental in managing strategic partnerships with top Automotive global advertisers, owning C-level relationships, and driving long-term growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced media and sales professional who can anticipate business needs, develop global strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape marketing approaches. This role requires strong business development skills, the ability to navigate complex global organizations, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, resilient, and strategic—comfortable leading a distributed team and driving impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Build, shape, and execute a global strategy, vision, and success metrics for a key account.
  • Drive revenue growth, expanding direct partnerships with top global advertisers.
  • Establish and nurture senior client relationships, positioning TikTok as a key strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to align global strategies with regional market execution.
  • Negotiate Joint Business Partnerships (JBP) agreements, ensuring alignment with client and internal objectives.
  • Use data and analytics to build consultative solutions that maximize client impact.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, Consumer, Content) to drive TikTok’s global business objectives.
  • Represent TikTok at key industry and client events.
  • Lead a globally distributed team, fostering high performance and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in media, advertising, or sales, with experience managing large global accounts.
  • Experience managing Automotive advertisers, with a deep understanding of their business, marketing, and media challenges.
  • Proven C-suite relationship management and business development expertise.
  • Strong people management skills, ideally leading global teams.
  • Experience in strategy development, revenue growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of global media landscape, regional nuances, and measurement frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments and driving results.
