About the team

The Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) team, part of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. As our company has grown, so has our global real estate footprint. We have developed a comprehensive management model covering the entire real estate lifecycle, including space planning, transaction management, project delivery, and facilities operations.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Management Analyst to support the strategic and operational management of our facilities. This role is pivotal in analyzing data, managing budgets, and supporting informed decision-making to ensure the smooth and cost-effective operation of our buildings and infrastructure.

  • Collect, validate and manage facilities operations data (e.g. maintenance, energy usage, occupancy, vendor performance) and maintain accurate dashboards/databases for reporting and compliance.
  • Develop and optimise dashboards and KPI reports to monitor performance, identify trends and highlight operational risks or opportunities.
  • Analyse data to generate actionable insights that support planning, forecasting, continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Support facilities budgeting and financial tracking, monitor expenditure against approved budgets and assist in preparing financial reports and cost-saving analysis.
  • Partner with Facilities Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate insights into operational actions and support planning of projects such as renovations, relocations and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental compliance requirements through accurate documentation, reporting and data governance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in a corporate real estate or workplace-related role.
  • Proven ability to manage budget and analyse workplace data.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective & proactive communicator who excels at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to travel on an ad hoc basis.
  • Previous experience in program management as a plus.
