This position will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center Early Career team where you will be working on sourcing candidates for open positions across different businesses. We provide end-to-end campus recruitment solutions across different regions and countries, with full accountability for recruitment quality, efficiency, and outcomes. We also customize campus recruitment services tailored to specific business needs, focusing on recruitment types, talent mapping, rapid market penetration, cost optimization, and university engagement.
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive recruiting partner to join our EMEA Early Career team, supporting the hiring and development of interns and graduates across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across EMEA to help attract, hire, and engage early talent. You’ll play a key part in delivering an excellent candidate and intern experience, supporting early careers recruitment, coordinating hiring processes, collating data and insights, preparing HR presentations, and contributing to team culture initiatives and strategic Early Career projects. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies. Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals. End to end management of the recruiting full cycle: sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, onboarding process, etc. Work across country and business unit leaders as well as local operation teams to understand relevant local best practices and develop standard operating procedures (SOP) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 2+ years in-house or agency full cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels.
- A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hi-tech industry experience will be a plus.
- Strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
