The Real Estate and Facilities (REF&F) team, part of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. As our company has grown, so has our global real estate footprint. We have developed a comprehensive management model covering the entire real estate lifecycle, including space planning, transaction management, project delivery, and facilities operations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Design, Construction, and Workplace Operations to support workplace and real estate projects.
- Assist in delivering projects across the real estate lifecycle, including office fit-outs, refurbishments, workplace upgrades, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management to help deliver projects efficiently.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including landlords, service providers, and local authorities, to support project delivery and compliance.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and stakeholder updates, while contributing to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
- Demonstrate flexibility by rotating across different areas of the Corporate Real Estate function to gain end-to-end exposure to the real estate lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience in project management, corporate real estate, construction, facilities management, workplace services, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated learning agility, curiosity, and a willingness to take on new challenges across different areas of Corporate Real Estate.
- Ability to work fully on-site (five days per week).
- Preferred Qualifications:
