The FMCG team focuses on identifying, incubating, and scaling FMCG brands on TikTok Shop. We collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and hands-on support, ensuring the vitality and growth of TikTok Shop as a leading e-commerce marketplace.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making
- Help track and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Perform ad-hoc deep dives on business-related topics
- Support communication and coordination across cross-functional teams
- Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualifications: Currently in your penultimate year studying Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2027 or above.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or project experience in E-commerce or FMCG industry.
