As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis — You will work with large volumes of data. Figuring out how to spot undiscovered yet high-potential creators through data will be your ongoing challenge.
- Communication & Outreach — Proactively reach out to target creators, introduce them to upcoming platform opportunities, and onboard them into our creator incubation program.
- Conversion & Monetization — Turn creator potential into real earnings — not just a dream. This requires sharp business judgment and hands-on operational support to drive tangible results.
- Engagement & Community — Maintain and grow creator communities, deliver ongoing creator education within these groups, and keep creators active and motivated.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications
- Currently in your final year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Available to start immediately till the end of the year.
- Portuguese proficiency is required due to working closely with stakeholders and reviewing SOPs in the target language.
- Highly interested in the social media, content industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. Understand the short video/content and livestream ecosystems of TikTok.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with basic data analysis skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates who are active content creators or influencers themselves are a strong plus.
- Social media savvy with a strong understanding of content trends.
- Previous experience in influencer affiliate, content strategy, or e-commerce operations will be highly valued.
- Already embedded in creator/influencer networks or communities, with an existing understanding of the creator ecosystem.
- Be mindful of data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
- Organized and attention to details.
