About The Team
The Collectibles operation team aims to deliver high‑quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the daily category operation for the TikTok eCommerce Collectibles (Trading Cards, Sports Memorabilia) Business. We are now seeking a driven and detail‑oriented intern to support the team across two key focus areas: business development and account management operation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Focus on supporting day‑to‑day category operations
- Track seller performance
- Maintain internal dashboards
- Monitor live activity
- Support seller onboarding and communications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel – data‑driven decision‑making matters!
