In this role, the intern will act as a key coordination point across both external and internal stakeholders. Externally, this includes working closely with agencies and other partners. Internally, this includes liaising with teams such as Design, Procurement, and the Central Campaign team to help ensure timelines, deliverables, and communications stay on track. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and be confident following through on operational tasks from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of a flagship TikTok LIVE event from July to December 2026.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and day‑to‑day follow‑up across multiple workstreams.
  • Serve as a liaison between external stakeholders, including agencies, and internal cross‑functional teams.
  • Partner closely with teams such as Design, Procurement, and Central Campaign to ensure materials, approvals, and operational requirements are delivered on time.
  • Track action items, dependencies, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Help prepare status updates, working documents, meeting notes, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify execution risks early and elevate issues in a timely and structured way.
  • Provide hands‑on operational support before, during, and after key event milestones.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a student, availability to complete the internship from July to December 2026.
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both external stakeholders and internal cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and under tight timelines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous professional or academic/project experience in business operations, partnerships, strategy, marketing operations, event operations, or a related field.
