Responsibilities
- Engages with Mass Acquisition, Incubation and Marketing teams to help drive campaigns for wider Merchant outreach for active TikTok Shop Merchants, including hosting and participating in webinars/digital events and attending Merchant Meetings with eCommerce team account managers.
- Drive the development of seller education guides and content, and also help guides for inbounding to help Merchants onboard and adopt FBT. This may also involve training merchants via webinars and videos.
- Work cross functionally with logistics and operations teams to understand Merchant feedback and potential improvement areas. This may include activities such as sharing Merchant feedback (Voice of the Customer), conducting reviews with Account managers, and running Surveys/Roundtable with Merchants.
- Regularly engage with a limited set SMB size sellers to give limited AM support (i.e. Helping them to onboard with FBT and create the first inbound order). This may involve development of presentation/metrics to review with Merchants.
- Provide regular updates internally to the progress of the lead/funnels and potential trends/forecasts. This may involve developing funnel views and metrics to help drive Business Development discussions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ Years Experience in a Commercial role (Sales, Account Management, Merchant Acquisition etc...).
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualifications demonstrating business/Marketing understanding and ability to think analytically.
- Proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and driving results.
- Good communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively and cross-functionally across internal and external organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a degree of proficiency working with data/analytical tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task management.
- Experience working in logistics/fulfilment/retail ecommerce would be highly preferred.
- Understanding of Supply chain/logistics would be highly preferred.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
