Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Research and qualify top brands and merchants for onboarding. Outreach and engage with potential partners as a Sales Development Representative. Manage pipelines, track leads, and update CRM to drive growth. Prepare pitch decks, outreach materials, and performance reports that shape brand success.
  • Account Management & Operations: Support sellers in campaign execution and policy incentive enrollment to maximize their performance. Collaborate with TikTok creators and agencies to match brands with influencers for high-impact partnerships. Assist in preparing business review reports, offering insights to improve strategies. Coordinate creator seeding and product sampling initiatives for brand promotion. Handle daily operational tasks, proactively addressing merchant concerns and ensuring smooth workflows.

Qualifications

  • Individuals who will complete or have recently completed a degree in Business management, Business development, account management or a similar field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to speak with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical instincts and confidence using data and spreadsheets to solve real business questions.
  • Clear communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to contribute in a fast-moving, multicultural team.
  • Proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership, test ideas, and learn quickly from day one.
  • Genuine curiosity about e-commerce, social commerce, consumer goods, brands, and how people discover products online.
  • Previous internship or work experience in sales, business development, influencer marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop or TikTok creator content.
  • Experience using CRM or campaign tracking tools to optimize workflows.
