Purpose of Role: Support hardware procurement in the EMEA region, improve Demand Response efficiency, and monitor delivery progress.
Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for the company hardware purchase for EMEA regions.
- Complete supplier sourcing independently, respond to purchase requirements and release orders quickly.
- Manage supplier daily deliverables, conduct effective request management mechanisms, communicate with suppliers regularly, to ensure on-time delivery of requirements.
- Implement and optimize procurement processes to drive business with higher efficiency and lower cost.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, with 3 years or above experience in procurement operation/planning.
- Master of end-to-end procurement activities, purchase to pay, and manage daily activities.
- Good understanding of procurement systems and tools, be able to quickly start and smooth use.
- Ability to work under stress, accept work across time zones.
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Bilingual speaker, fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in IT procurement within a multinational organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of importing/exporting regulations, best practices, and marketing spend trends in the EMEA region.
- Great business acumen and logic, to organise variance business needs and requests, to implement sourcing strategy and process, define, and manage supplier pools to increase efficiency and control cost.
- Proved data analysis skills, managed contract organisation.
