Company Description TIKITACA FUTSAL | LONDON is a dedicated futsal club based in West London, focusing on the development of young players from U4 to U16. The club provides a structured pathway for youth players to grow through regular training, competitive tournaments, and participation in the Youth Futsal League. With an emphasis on technical skills, teamwork, and enjoyment of the game, TIKITACA FUTSAL helps young athletes build confidence on and off the court. The environment is inclusive and supportive, offering opportunities for players of varying abilities to improve and compete.Role Description The Youth/Academy Futsal Coach will lead and deliver fun, high-quality training sessions for players aged U4–U16 at our on-site facility in Uxbridge. This part-time role includes planning age-appropriate sessions, teaching core futsal techniques and tactics, and supporting player development in line with the club philosophy. The coach will manage teams during league fixtures and tournaments, ensure player safety and welfare, and maintain clear communication with caregivers and club staff. Additional responsibilities may include session administration, basic performance feedback, and contributing to the positive, inclusive culture of the academy.QualificationsPractical futsal and/or football coaching experience with youth players, including planning and delivering age-appropriate sessions.Strong understanding of player development principles for children aged U4–U16, including safeguarding and child-centered coaching.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage young players, collaborate with colleagues, and liaise with caregivers.Organizational skills for managing session plans, equipment, match days, and basic administrative tasks.Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., FA or futsal coaching badges) and a valid enhanced background check/DBS or equivalent, or willingness to obtain them.Ability to work on-site in Uxbridge during after-school hours and/or weekends, with reliability and professional conduct.First aid training and experience in similar academy or grassroots environments are beneficial.
