Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Futsal Head Coach at the club's location in Uxbridge.
The Head Coach will be responsible for planning and executing training sessions, mentoring players, developing their technical and tactical skills, and preparing them for competitive matches.
Additional duties may include coordinating with parents, overseeing tournament participation, and ensuring the well-being and safety of players during activities.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Futsal coaching, including player development and match preparation Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions tailored to U4-U12 age groups Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor players and collaborate with parents Organizational and management skills to oversee team logistics and tournaments Relevant certifications in sports coaching or Futsal qualification (e. g., FA Level 1/2 or equivalent) Experience with safeguarding and promoting the safety and welfare of children Passion for Futsal and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive sporting environment First Aid certification and knowledge of emergency protocols are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
