Role Overview As the Head of Growth for Tiki (UK) , you are responsible for scaling our digital commerce and fintech footprint in the United Kingdom.

This is a high-stakes, commercial leadership role focused on user acquisition, retention, and the rapid expansion of Tiki’s active user base within the UK-based diaspora.

You will design and execute data-led growth strategies that transform Tiki from a challenger app into a dominant platform for the African diaspora to interact with the digital economy back home.
