Support the Store Manager in daily store operations. Take charge of the store when the Store Manager is absent. Assist in managing and motivating the team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Support day-to-day operations including locking up, key responsibilities and alarm response. Drive and uphold highest customer service through team engagement and product expertise. Build and maintain connections within the local community aligned with the store’s vision. Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s to improve profitability. Create rotas, recruit, induct new staff, and conduct training and development. Execute visual merchandising, product and brand launches per company direction. Assist in organising, planning and implementing the store’s vision and purpose. Manage stock inventory, deliveries and general maintenance; knowledge of Shopify preferred. Delegate and monitor team workload, train and supervise for optimal results.
