Tikehau Capital is seeking an individual to lead marketing initiatives for the CMS business unit, driving increased expertise and visibility across multiple geographies, whilst supporting the promotion of products and asset classes in various regions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Produce and update marketing materials such as teasers, videos, and brochures tailored for different client segments (retail, distributors, private banks, IFAs, family offices, institutional clients);
- Develop engaging content for products, including slides, notes, and email campaigns;
- Monitor and analyse market trends to deliver differentiated and relevant content;
- Innovate by introducing new content formats (e.g., webinars, podcasts);
- Create digital content (videos, email pushes, web banners, LinkedIn carousels) to highlight CMS expertise internationally;
- Build and maintain partnerships with online media platforms both in France and abroad (e.g., Citywire, Allnews, H24 Finance, Patrimoine 24);
Cross-Functional Projects
- Participate in projects involving product promotion, including fund marketing on the proprietary website and coordination of key events and fairs;
Product Development
- Contribute to the development of the product offering by pitching new fund ideas and processes during brainstorming sessions;
Automation Initiatives
- Focus on automation projects to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Profile:
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing within the asset management sector;
- Solid understanding of liquid funds, including credit and equities;
- Fluency in English is essential; bilingual proficiency in French and English is highly desirable;
- Excellent writing and creative skills, with the ability to clearly explain investment concepts and translate them into impactful, easy-to-understand slides;
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint;
- International experience is a strong advantage, particularly in managing marketing campaigns across multiple geographies.
