About You
We’re looking for a bubbly, approachable person who can connect effortlessly with everyone—from children to colleagues at all levels. You’ll have a strong grasp of all necessary standards and regulations our nursery must adhere to, including the EYFS, Ofsted, and Health and Safety guidelines. You should be adaptable, ready to collaborate closely with the manager and a diverse team to maintain our high standards. We value a cheerful, supportive team player who has a genuine passion for working with children and is committed to achieving outstanding practices. You're expected to work together with your colleagues to implement positive changes within our nursery. Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with parents, carers, children, and other professionals is crucial, always prioritising the wellbeing, safeguarding, and development of the children in your care.
About the Role
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above.
- A solid understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted inspection framework.
- A comprehensive grasp of health and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with employment legislation, including equal opportunities.
- A satisfactory DBS check!
