The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Marketing Designer who blends brand storytelling with motion, video, and digital design expertise. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll own the visual narrative of how Tightly shows up across every channel—web, campaigns, social, product launches, and events. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a designer who can concept, execute, and direct. You’ll shape how our brand communicates complexity with clarity—through powerful visuals, refined systems, and motion that makes our product come alive.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Head of Marketing and Product to concept and execute high-impact creative across campaigns, landing pages, product explainers, and customer stories.
- Lead the development of motion and video assets—short-form explainers, product feature reels, and storytelling visuals optimized for social and web.
- Elevate and evolve the Tightly brand system (color, typography, grids, animation language, iconography).
- Build and refine sales and investor collateral: decks, one-pagers, and visual narratives that communicate value clearly and confidently.
- Guide the look and feel of product storytelling through UI mockups, motion, and layout.
- Support creative direction for the content calendar—ensuring visual cohesion across marketing, social, and field materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams to concept and deliver campaign creative aligned with brand tone and growth goals.
- Maintain an organized creative library, templates, and scalable design systems.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers or contractors as needed.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years of professional experience in graphic or marketing design, ideally in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or tech.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, motion/video, and storytelling through design.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
- Deep understanding of motion design principles and ability to produce engaging short-form video content.
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms; familiarity with Framer, Webflow, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong creative judgment, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to bring structure to fast-moving projects.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting work to cross-functional teams.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative—with the confidence to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency.

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (design-related field is a plus).
