Tigh an Eilean Hotel is recruiting a Hotel Manager to lead the day to day operation of the hotel in the coastal village of Shieldaig in the Highlands. This role suits an experienced hospitality leader who enjoys running a busy hotel, developing a team, and delivering a high standard of guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the full day to day operation of the hotel.
  • Leading and supporting the hotel team across all departments.
  • Managing room sales, food and drink service, and events activity.
  • Driving revenue growth across accommodation, food and beverage, and events.
  • Managing budgets, costs, and overall financial performance.
  • Monitoring performance against targets and maintaining strong operational standards.
  • Ensuring guests receive a high standard of service and hospitality throughout their stay.
