We are seeking a Level 3 senior Nursery Practitioner with at least 2 years post qualifying experience who would be based at our lovely Swindon setting where we care for children aged from 3 months to 5 years.

Professional Development

Our dedicated in-house Professional Development Team and Tigers Training Centre will offer specific training for you. Full access to a wide selection of training to support your individual career path is available. Training courses include - SEND, Phonics, PANCo, Autism, to name just a few.

What you will be doing

  • You will work in one of our nursery rooms, working as part of a small team, offering the best care and learning opportunities for our children.
  • We use online learning journals to record children's progress and development and our team welcomes fresh ideas to support this.
  • Daily you will be interacting with the children through play, reading stories and helping them with their curious minds.
  • Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities encouraging the development of each child.
  • Develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships.
  • Work with colleagues to maintain a positive and happy environment.

As with all our staff team, the successful applicant will be required to have an enhanced DBS certificate, a subscription to the update service and two good references. Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification required.
