We are seeking an experienced Administration / Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Wimbledon office. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in lettings and administrative support to take the next step in their property career within a thriving South West London market.

The Role: This is a dual-role position combining hands-on lettings negotiation with strong administrative support. You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from enquiry to move-in, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional customer service throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and responding to property enquiries
  • Booking and conducting viewings in Wimbledon and surrounding areas
  • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and compliance documentation
  • Coordinating referencing, right-to-rent checks, and deposit registration
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and property files
  • Supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy process
  • Ensuring all lettings activity complies with current legislation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings
  • Strong administrative experience within a property environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
