Launched in Paris in 2019, Tigermilk now proudly operates 10 locations across France and 1 in Belgium. TIGERMILK is now present in London. Our Latin American–inspired cuisine is 100% homemade, responsibly sourced, and served in vibrant, centrally located restaurants. To make this launch a success, we are assembling a dream team to deliver an exceptional experience—from the kitchen to the dining room—and to be part of our exciting journey in the UK, with more openings on the horizon. Key elements of your Role:

  • Ensure quick, friendly and professional service at all times
  • Master our drink recipes and manage all orders in a proper way (preparation time and quality standards)
  • Anticipate bar supply needs
  • Work collaboratively with floor teams to ensure smooth service and high standards
  • Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to every shift: be the friendly face behind the bar, delighting guests with your warmth, charm and genuine hospitality

You will be reporting to the Assistant Manager & Floor Manager.
