To make this launch a success, we are assembling a dream team to deliver an exceptional experience—from the kitchen to the dining room—and to be part of our exciting journey in the UK, with more openings on the horizon. Key elements of your Role:
- Master the Art of Coffee: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot drinks, ensuring perfect extraction and consistent milk texturing (latte art is a big plus).
- Speed & Quality: Manage brunch orders efficiently in a high-volume environment, maintaining our quality standards even during the peak morning rush.
- Service Excellence: Ensure quick, friendly, and professional service at all times, making every guest's morning better.
- Bar Management: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, manage coffee bean rotation, and anticipate milk/supply needs.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work hand-in-hand with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless brunch flow.
- Vibe Setter: Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to the bar—be the friendly face that starts our guests' day with warmth and genuine hospitality.
You will be reporting to the Assistant Manager & Floor Manager.
