Tigermilk, launched in Paris in 2019, is a fast-growing restaurant group with 12 locations across Europe: 10 in France, 1 in Belgium, and our newest opening in London (Tottenham Court Road). We bring Latin American–inspired cuisine and cocktails to life in vibrant, centrally located restaurants. 100% homemade, responsibly sourced, and driven by strong brand identity and guest experience. Tigermilk is accelerating its European expansion and is hiring a Senior Manager, European Development & Roll-out, reporting directly to the founders. This role is about owning new openings delivery across Europe: timeline, budget, stakeholders and execution quality.
What you will own:
- Lead the European new openings roadmap with the founders (pipeline, sequencing, opening calendar).
- Own end-to-end roll-out delivery from validated site to opening readiness: planning, budgets, risks and arbitrations.
- Coordinate all key stakeholders: landlords / brokers, architects, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Protect Tigermilk’s standards across markets: layout, equipment, brand consistency and opening readiness.
- Manage handover and snagging resolution to close outstanding items post-delivery.
- Build and improve the roll-out playbook to scale efficiently across countries.
Who this role is for:
- 5–10 years’ experience in multi-site development / new openings / roll-out (hospitality, restaurants, retail).
- Strong exposure to CAPEX ownership, contractors and delivery timelines.
- Comfortable working across countries in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
- Hands-on, structured, decisive.
- Fluent English (French is a strong plus; additional European language welcome).
Why Tigermilk:
- High-impact role with direct founder exposure.
- A strong brand and a proven concept ready to scale.
- Ownership, autonomy, and a front-row seat to European growth.
- Location: flexible (Europe), London preferred.
