Working closely with the founders, this role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical skills, and industry insight to create interiors that stand out in London's competitive dining scene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery & Execution: Transform approved design concepts into fully executable projects, producing detailed layouts, elevations, joinery drawings, FF&E schedules, lighting plans, electrical layouts, plumbing layouts and site documentation. Carry out site surveys, take accurate measurements and maintain up-to-date as-built drawings throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all design information is complete, coordinated and ready for construction. Act as the day‐to‐day owner of project delivery, ensuring nothing falls between design, procurement and site execution.
  • Procurement & Material Sourcing: Lead the sourcing and procurement of all finishes, fabrics, tiles, stone, lighting, furniture, decorative objects and bespoke elements. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, artisans, antique dealers, salvage yards and specialist fabricators. Constantly search for unique materials, vintage pieces and bespoke solutions that strengthen the identity of each project. Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and manage supplier relationships to ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule. Identify alternative suppliers and sourcing solutions when lead times or budgets become challenging.
  • FF&E & Styling: Curate furniture, lighting, artwork, accessories and decorative elements that bring each space to life. Coordinate custom‐made furniture and bespoke production from design through installation. Manage sample approvals and material libraries. Support photoshoots, openings and final styling of completed venues.
  • Project Management: Build and manage project schedules, procurement trackers and opening programmes.
