Launched in Paris in 2019, Tigermilk now proudly operates 10 locations across France and Belgium. Our Latin American–inspired cuisine is 100% homemade, responsibly sourced, and served in vibrant, centrally located restaurants. Our ambition has remained the same: to grow, improve, and delight our guests with great food and unforgettable experiences. Key elements of your Role:- Manage a team of waiter/waitress and ensure everyone is working as a team to provide the expected level of service and efficiency.
- Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to ensure every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.
- Ensure quick, friendly and professional service at all times.
- Share your knowledge of our South American inspired dishes and drinks, making thoughtful recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and high standards.
- Maintain high presentation standards, keeping tables tidy and ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly.
- Keep a clean and presentable area, ready for guests at all times.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to every shift.
You will be reporting to the Assistant Manager.
