Launched in Paris in 2019, Tigermilk now proudly operates 10 locations across France (Paris x4, Lyon, Lille, Marseille, Bordeaux, Nice and Strasbourg) and 1 in Belgium (Brussels). TIGERMILK is now present in London. Our Latin American–inspired cuisine is 100% homemade, responsibly sourced, and served in vibrant, centrally located restaurants. Responsibilities:- Ensure quick, friendly and professional service at all times
- Master our drink recipes and manage all orders in a proper way (preparation time and quality standards)
- Anticipate bar supply needs
- Work collaboratively with floor teams to ensure smooth service and high standards
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to every shift: be the friendly face behind the bar, delighting guests with your warmth, charm and genuine hospitality
- You will be reporting to the Assistant Manager & Floor Manager
- Team player
- Positive and responsive to our guest’s needs
- Work well within a fast paced environment
- Professional and respectful at all times
