Key elements of your Role:- Manage a team of waiter/waitress, floor supervisor, reception manager and kitchen staff.
- Ensure everyone is working as a team to provide expected level of service and efficiency.
- Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to ensure every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.
- Ensure quick, friendly and professional service at all times.
- Anticipate guests’ needs.
- Share your knowledge of our South American inspired dishes and drinks, making thoughtful recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and high standards.
- Maintain high presentation standards, keeping tables tidy and ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to every shift.
- Support the restaurant team and be the go-to problem solver and motivator.
- Participate in team’s onboarding and training.
You will be reporting to the General Manager.

Base salary £34,000 + tronc (est. £30,000). Total package (est.) £65,000 - £70,000.
