You’ll be experienced in connecting with prospective clients, understanding their challenges and ambitions, and developing those relationships into long‑term partnerships that create real value for both the client and the agency.

Tigerlike Events is a growing, ambitious event agency creating memorable, high-impact experiences for corporate clients.

We combine commercial thinking and creativity with a genuinely people‑first approach, building lasting relationships and delivering events that are meaningful, memorable and meticulously executed.

This is a key role in the next stage of our growth, so relevant experience really matters.

We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of generating new business within an event or experiential agency and understands the opportunities, challenges and conversations that come with it.

We want the person joining us to have the right experience and platform to make an impact from day one, and to truly thrive as Tigerlike grows.

Our office is based in Hook, Hampshire, and while this is a hybrid role, we believe spending time together in person is an important part of building a strong, connected team.

We’d therefore expect the successful candidate to be able to travel to the Hook office on occasion for team meetings, collaborative sessions and to spend time getting to know and building relationships with the wider team.

The Role

  • Drive new business revenue and help shape the agency’s future direction.
  • Build and convert a pipeline of opportunities that align with our values and strengths.
  • Lead pitches with confidence, clarity, and empathy winning work through trust as much as capability.
  • Create genuine relationships, nurture them thoughtfully, and turn them into long‑term profitable partnerships.
  • What You Must Have
  • Proven success generating new business in an event or experiential agency.
  • A personal track record of closing deals and delivering measurable revenue.
  • Preferably a network you can activate and the ability to build new connections with ease and authenticity.
  • Confidence, presence, and strong commercial judgement.
  • A self‑motivated, resilient approach to hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Natural ability to seek new opportunities via attendance of network events.
  • You’ll need to have the right to work in the UK.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car, as travel to client meetings, events and other locations will be a regular part of the role.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Someone who is ambitious and driven, while remaining grounded, collaborative and respectful in how they work with others.
  • Resilient, proactive, and accountable especially when challenges arise.
  • Commercially sharp, results‑focused, and able to balance ambition with empathy.

The Opportunity

For the right person, this role offers a clear pathway into senior leadership role over time i. e. with real influence over how the agency grows, how we support clients, and how we build a culture that values both performance and wellbeing.

  • The Offer
  • Competitive base salary + commission.
  • Hybrid role offering a package aligned to experience, contribution, and long‑term impact.
  • A genuine voice in shaping the agency’s future.
  • A collaborative, supportive, and ambitious culture that values people as much as performance.
