What Youll Do
- As our Performance Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of paid marketing activity across a diverse client portfolio.
- This role is highly strategic and deeply technical - youll be trusted to own accounts and activity immediately, manage significant budgets with confidence, and deliver campaigns that are smart and impactful.
- Plan and deliver high-performing paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Own day-to-day campaign management: launching, testing, analysing, and optimising to drive measurable results.
- Lead on forecasting, budgeting, and identifying new growth opportunities for clients.
- Turn performance data into clear, actionable insights.
- Work collaboratively with client leads, and internal teams to ensure paid activity is integrated and impactful.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, performance trends, and best practices to keep our clients at the cutting edge.

- Someone with agency experience, who enjoys the pace and variety it brings.

- Confident managing six-figure budgets and delivering strong ROI.
