We’re an ambitious B Corp agency looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our Glasgow team. If you've already built some hands-on experience in digital marketing, enjoy getting into the detail of campaigns and want to broaden your skills across paid media, SEO, reporting and client relationship building, this is a role where you can keep learning, take on more responsibility and work directly with clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Support SEO and GEO activity, including keyword and topic research, on-page optimisation, content recommendations and opportunities to improve visibility in traditional and AI-led search.
  • Write ad copy, plan visual assets and work with clients to develop audience-first campaign creative.
  • Monitor campaign performance and budgets, turning insight into clear recommendations and next steps.
  • Work directly with clients, preparing updates, contributing to meetings and progressively taking the lead on calls.

Who you are:

You're curious, organised and detail oriented. You enjoy getting into the detail of a campaign, but you also want to understand the bigger picture and how different channels work together to reach the right audiences and deliver results.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Relevant experience working in a digital or fully integrated marketing agency, or similar industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and Google Search Console, plus experience using Google Tag Manager for campaign tracking.
  • A working knowledge of SEO, with an interest in how search is changing through GEO and AI-led search.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence speaking directly to clients.
  • A positive, can-do approach, plenty of initiative and an appetite to keep learning.

Why us:

  • A varied portfolio of clients and industries, giving you exposure to different audiences, objectives and digital challenges.
  • The chance to broaden and refine your skills across paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO, analytics and tracking.
  • The opportunity to work alongside experts in design, development, PR, social and client services.
  • A collaborative, ambitious agency culture with plenty of autonomy, room to grow and a dedicated training and development programme.
  • Hybrid working, birthday off, volunteer time off, private healthcare and more as part of our 'Tigerwell' benefits package.
