Tigerbond are an independent, integrated communications agency working with ambitious, high-profile brands. We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to step into a pivotal role that is part account management, part content creation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading social strategy and day-to-day delivery for ambitious brands
- Safeguarding brand tone of voice, narrative, and consistency across channels
- Creating high-performance social content that drives engagement, growth and results
- Interpreting briefs and translating them into strong, on-brand, channel-appropriate ideas
- Communicating clearly and confidently with clients and senior stakeholders, providing insights and helping them understand the bigger picture
- Working closely with internal teams to produce integrated campaigns
Who We’re Looking For:
- You’re already operating at manager level and bring:
- A strong social content portfolio that clearly shows social-thinking and results
- Big-brand thinking; experience working with established brands is essential
- Agency experience is ideal, but not essential if you have proven ownership of brand content and channels
- A deep understanding of brand strategy, storytelling and tone of voice
- The ability to zoom out and articulate the big picture of a brand’s social presence
- You’re a natural brand guardian. You read cultural moments instinctively, speak with authority, and know when to push vs when to protect. You are social-native and always think social-first.
