Reporting to: Stage 6 Production Manager

Working Hours:

  • Days: Your hours of work will be 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch each day) with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday. You will be expected on occasion to work later in the evening or weekends as business needs require.
  • Nights: Your hours of work will be 7.45pm to 6.00am Monday – Thursday (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch each day). You will be expected on occasion to work later in the evening or weekends as business needs require.

Key Objectives:

You will be working in either our specialist bodybuilding team or on a production line and be responsible for assisting in producing a finished trailer or vehicle body to a high level of quality. You will have a willingness to learn new skillsets with typical tasks including fitting floors, fitting trailer sides and making roofs. You will be working with various materials including hardwoods, fibreglass, steel and aluminium.

Responsibilities:

  • Following technical drawings and specification sheets
  • Working within a team to meet production targets
  • Following clear instructions from team members and senior colleagues
  • Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations
  • Maintaining production area housekeeping
  • Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently
  • Maintaining a safe working environment at all times

The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks.
