Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gillingham. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures, ensuring safety and compliance throughout all activities. Daily tasks include working at heights, securing scaffolding materials, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines. You will also need to conduct safety checks, adhere to strict health and safety regulations, and manage tools and equipment effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience with Scaffolding and Fall Protection procedures
- Proficiency in Working at Height and Confined Space practices
- Possession of a valid CSCS card
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards, including safe use of scaffolding equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and communicate effectively
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in scaffolding are an advantage
