Project Engineering Lead As a Project Engineering Lead (PEL) at an exciting organisation, you’ll join a skilled team responsible for designing and delivering world-class products within the Battlespace, Datalinks, and Spectrum Monitoring Systems (SMS) markets. This position combines project leadership with the line management of engineering personnel, making it an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time permanent position that is being offered a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office is the minimum requirement. Your Role and Responsibilities: As the Engineering Project Lead, you’ll play a critical role in our engineering initiatives, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and Revenue-Generating Projects.
