  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation and treatment strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of mitigation actions and track residual risk exposure.
  • Produce regular risk reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders, highlighting emerging risks, trends, mitigation progress, and key areas of concern.
  • Facilitate risk workshops, reviews, and assessments with programme teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with recognised risk management standards and internal governance frameworks.
  • Work closely with commercial, legal, technical, operational, and project teams to provide risk-related guidance and support.
  • Monitor supplier and third-party risk performance, ensuring contractual obligations and risk controls are maintained.
  • Support issue management, claims preparation, and dispute resolution activities through the provision of risk-based analysis and evidence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for programme risk matters across internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Promote a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement across the programme.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and guidance on risk management processes, tools, and best practices.
