The role
As a Tiger Resourcing recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to both Permanent and contract positions for our clients, from entry level through to senior management.
You will be dealing with clients, building relationships to better understand each clients requirements as well as developing future relationships.
You will be taught how to screen, interview, background check and match candidates to our detailed client requirements.
This is a sales role and you will be encouraged to get out of the office on a regular basis and meet candidates and clients face-to-face.
About you
You will need to be hungry and ambitious if you want to make the most of this career. You will learn to drive your own desk and work hard to achieve results.
Previous experience in sales or sales environment would be beneficial but not essential, if you are resilient, energetic and not afraid to pick up the phone, we want to hear from you.
You will be dealing with candidates and client in a face to face role, so you must be confident in these situations.
