We are seeking three experienced Project
Managers to establish a Programme Management Team supporting the transformation
of a large, complex fare revenue collection system within the transport sector.<\/span>
<\/p>
These roles will be responsible for managing
key elements of the entry phase, including mobilisation, transition, and
transformation planning, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, the
client, key stakeholders, and incumbent suppliers. The Project Managers will
play a critical role in driving delivery readiness, reporting, managing risks,
issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and ensuring the programme is positioned
for a successful transition into service delivery.<\/span>

Key Duties Include:<\/span><\/b> Requirements:<\/span><\/b> Desirable Experience:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
and manage delivery of specific workstreams and service groups, ensuring
alignment with programme objectives and milestones.<\/span>
<\/li>
the development, coordination, and governance of the baseline entry plan.<\/span>
<\/li>
entry -phase activities, ensuring outputs are complete, validated, and
aligned across all workstreams, the client, and stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/li>
manage, and report risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring
clear articulation of impact and mitigation.<\/span>
<\/li>
readiness for transition, including resource planning, knowledge transfer,
tooling, and service processes.<\/span>
<\/li>
programme governance, including reporting into governance boards and other
forums.<\/span>
<\/li>
regular weekly and monthly status reporting, including progress updates,
risks, and key decisions required.<\/span>
<\/li>
closely with planning, commercial, technical, and service teams to ensure
integrated delivery.<\/span>
<\/li>
change control and impact assessments relating to adjustments in scope,
sequencing, or timelines.<\/span>
<\/li>
alignment with contractual obligations, milestones, and client
expectations.<\/span>

<\/p>
degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related
discipline.<\/span>
<\/li>
8–12 years’ experience in project or programme management within
large -scale IT, infrastructure, or transport programmes.<\/span>
<\/li>
experience in complex transition, mobilisation, or service transformation
programmes.<\/span>
<\/li>
understanding of programme governance, risk management, and delivery
frameworks.<\/span>
<\/li>
managing multi -stakeholder environments, including clients and third -party
suppliers.<\/span>
<\/li>
ability to manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.<\/span>
<\/li>
communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior -level
engagement.<\/span>
<\/li>
with structured delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or
Hybrid.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
working on large transport or rail programmes.<\/span>
<\/li>
working with public sector or transport authority clients.<\/span>
<\/li>
with system transition programmes, service transition, or large technology
implementations.<\/span>
<\/li>
certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, APM PMQ, or Planning & Scheduling
certifications.<\/span>
