Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Input Administrator to join our Tunbridge Wells office on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong keyboard skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transferring data and emails from our previous insurance broking system into our new Acturis platform, supporting the smooth migration of client and business information.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and transfer data from the previous broking system into Acturis.
• Move relevant emails from Microsoft 365 into Acturis.
• Ensure all information is accurately recorded and correctly categorised.
• Work efficiently and maintain a high level of accuracy under time constraints.
• Support the Tunbridge Wells office team as required during the system migration period.

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong keyboard and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently once trained on the required process.
• Experience within an insurance environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the Acturis system would be a distinct advantage.
• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
