We are seeking a highly skilled Claude Code Agentic Developer to join our team in Manchester and lead the development of next-generation AI-powered agentic solutions. The successful candidate will design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Claude Code and modern LLM technologies, enabling intelligent workflow automation, business process optimisation, and advanced decision support capabilities. This role combines software engineering, AI application development, automation, and prompt engineering to create scalable agentic systems capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and tool integration across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI applications using Claude Code.
  • Build autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, planning, memory retention, and tool execution.
  • Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms.
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and knowledge repositories.
  • Create secure, scalable, and production-ready AI workflows.
  • Engineer prompts, system instructions, and evaluation frameworks to improve agent performance and reliability.
  • Develop multi-agent architectures and orchestration frameworks.
  • Implement monitoring, observability, testing, and governance controls for AI systems.
