We’re working with a leading global systems integrator to support the search for a Business Development Manager focused on the Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) sector. This is a strategic role aimed at driving growth across key verticals including Transport, Water, and Power.

The Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CNI sector
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline
  • Lead proposal development and coordinate sales pursuit teams
  • Present solutions to senior stakeholders and manage objections
  • Engage with strategic partners and influencers to support growth
  • Contribute to talent referral initiatives and internal culture-building

About You:

  • Proven experience in business development or strategic sales within the Transport, Water, or Power sectors
  • Strong understanding of electronic security solutions (e.g. CCTV, access control, fire/intruder alarms)
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercially minded with strong financial and analytical capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Experience leading proposals and influencing internal teams

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years’ sales experience, including at least 2 years in electronic security or a related field
  • Relevant education or equivalent industry experience
  • NICET Level III or higher (preferred but not essential)
