A prestigious Real Estate firm based in London’s West End is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and highly organised Team Assistant to support their busy and fast-paced Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive individual looking to join a team within a collaborative, professional environment. You will play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly, managing a variety of administrative and organisational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team of approx 10
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard
- Handle travel arrangements and expense processing
- Maintain internal systems and ensure databases are up to date
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with team events, site visits and ad hoc projects
- Previous experience in a team administrative role, ideally within property or real estate
- Knowledge of InDesign or Canva is desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
