Team Assistant Private Investment Company Excellent Hybrid – 10 days a month in the office Temporary role – 3-6 months Paying £26p/h Situated in the middle of Victoria and Westminster stations – 5 min walk An American private investment firm, is looking for a Senior Team Assistant to join them on a temp to perm basis. You will provide support to Investment Directors, Investment Associates and department staff. What You’ll Do Administrative Support, Coordination and Communication: Work closely with Investment Directors and the Investment Team to keep them informed of commitments, responsibilities, and conflicts, following up proactively. Provide extensive calendar management, scheduling internal and external meetings with heavy coordination and attention to detail. Serve as a virtual support resource for MS Teams, Webex, and Zoom. Travel and Meeting Management Make complex international travel arrangements using a travel agency and Neo. Provide extensive trip planning and coordination with internal staff, clients, and external parties. Schedule conference rooms and provide meeting support in virtually and in person. Additional Responsibilities Provide administrative coverage for Investment Directors and management staff during absences Work with the Administrative Manager to mentor and train team members as needed Perform special projects and assume responsibilities as assigned by the Administrative Manager or Practice Leadership Teams. Who you are Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role. Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat experience preferred. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing tasks and prioritize effectively. Detail-oriented with strong writing and proofreading abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, fostering productive relationships. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to mentor others. High degree of confidentiality and service-oriented interaction. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
