Tiger Private is seeking a highly organised, proactive, caring, entrepreneurial, and discreet Private Personal Assistant to support a busy professional and father with both personal and business-related duties. This is a part-time role requiring approximately 10 hours per week, with flexible hours to be agreed. Regular in-person meetings in Pimlico are essential for effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee household operations, including coordination with the housekeeper and 'on-site PA'
- Read, monitor, and respond appropriately to emails
- Act as a gatekeeper and manage communications on behalf of the principal
- Coordinate occasional events (e.g. at-home poker nights, charity events, or informal social gatherings)
- Help identify and engage additional support or specialists (e.g. legal, nonprofit, or administrative experts) as needed
- Provide general business assistance and ad-hoc support
- Run personal errands, including occasional shopping and appointment bookings
- Maintain and manage a busy calendar and diary
- Set up and improve organisational processes and systems
- Track and keep on top of ongoing projects (both personal and business-related)
