I have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager to join a leading global hedge fund. The company are seeking someone who will be innovative and comfortable leading a team independently. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be committed to the values of the business.
What you’ll do:
As an Office Manager, you will strive to provide a white-glove service for employees and always strive for continuous improvement. Other duties include:
- Lead the workplace experience services team of 6 people in London as well as supporting their EMEA locations.
- Oversee office operations to maintain a highly functional and efficient working environment.
- Work alongside internal teams such as Facilities and HR to create a culture that exemplifies company values.
- Coordinate external service providers ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Travel 4-6 times to global offices in your first year to train.
- Coach direct reports to ensure high-performance and development.
What you’ll need:
The successful Office Manager will be proactive, innovative, organised and critical. Other attributes include:
- 10 years of experience in a similar Office Management position in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience managing a team of at least 5 people
- Bachelor’s degree is essential.
- Experience within financial service ideally within hedge funds, trading, private equity.
- Have experience overseeing company events and support the Workplace team execute them.
- Strong communicator who can liaise with multiple stakeholders in an assertive and positive manner
