A top firm have an exciting opportunity for a switched-on and personable Junior Private PA to support a busy Founder’s family in central London. WHAT YOU’LL DOSupport across diary & travel management for entire family Appointment management Manage the sourcing and purchasing of gifts Support with the management of household staff across residences, including recruitment Manage and negotiate external supplier contracts Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across projects and business as usual Track and pay invoices Documentation and admin of big-ticket purchases Ad hoc research projects WHO YOU AREA polished and experienced candidate with a high attention to detail, looking for a dynamic and fast-paced work setting where you will provide support in a varied and ever-changing environment.
