We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support a small, close-knit team within a prestigious financial service in the heart of Central London. This is a dual-role position, providing high-level EA support to directors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.   • Office Management: Oversee office operations, suppliers, and facilities to ensure a well-run and professional working environment.

  • Event Management: Organize corporate events, investor meetings, team socials, and off-site activities, ensuring seamless execution.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange complex international and domestic travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation.

  • Administrative Oversight: Handle expenses, invoices, office budgets, and supplier contracts.

  • HR & Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, managing office policies, and maintaining a positive office culture.

  • Stakeholder & Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for key clients, investors, and external stakeholders.
