Primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Guide new customers through the onboarding process.

Liaise with team leads to ensure on track to delivery of product within the agreed timeline.

Engage key decision makers about upcoming contract renewals.

Check-ins to assess client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.

Advocate for customers’ needs internally, ensuring they receive optimal value.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and maximise cross-sale and upsell.

Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Delivery focussed role.

Strong understanding of CRM tools (such as Pipedrive / Salesforce) and project management software ( such as Asana / Trello).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organised with strong time-management abilities.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Basic salary to 55K per annum.
