Tiger Lily Boutique is a vibrant ladies' fashion boutique with three store locations and an online warehouse. Our boutiques are located in key areas: Dundee, Aberdeen, and Edinburgh. We are renowned for offering a carefully curated collection of fashionable items tailored for our customers. At Tiger Lily Boutique, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and a warm shopping experience.

This is a full-time, on-site Boutique Store Manager position based in Morningside, Edinburgh. The Boutique Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising to ensure a welcoming and well-organised shopping environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations
  • Supervise staff, manage inventory, and conduct visual merchandising
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage sales goals
  • Handle retail loss prevention and ensure store security
  • Drive team motivation and contribute to business objectives
  • Build and maintain a strong network in the Edinburgh area through partnerships and networking events
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Customer Service and a strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both team members and customers
  • Proven experience in Store Management or Supervising level, including team leadership and operational oversight
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention and strategies to ensure effective store security
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and manage inventory effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity and passion for fashion retail are highly desirable
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
